I loved the attention to detail, with all the external fittings being stainless steel. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and there was ample parking available. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with bus stops right opposite and a train station within walking distance. It's also very close to a big shopping mall, making it convenient for any shopping needs. The rooms themselves are like self-contained units, with a small kitchen included, which is a great added bonus. The young couple who greeted us were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English, adding to the overall positive experience.

There was a slight issue with the sound isolation in the rooms, as I could hear a bit of noise from neighboring rooms. However, it wasn't too disruptive and didn't significantly impact my stay.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the room was spacious and beautifully furnished with authentic Alpine decor. We especially loved the huge terrace with stunning mountain views. Another great feature was the fast and reliable wifi.

The breakfast was not worth the high price and lacked variety. the thin walls made it difficult for us to sleep in due to the noise from other guests talking and walking around.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and well-organized hotel. It was conveniently located near a big shopping mall and not far from the historical center. the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, ensuring that we felt at home throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which was freshly prepared and regularly replenished. the room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and delightful view of the mountains from our balcony.

We did notice some areas that could have been cleaner.
